Our client – A leader in the healthcare industry – is seeking an experienced and eager admin to join their team!  This would be a great opportunity for a recent college grad, or anyone looking to take the next step in their professional career.  As the Administrative Assistant for the dept, responsibilities would include scheduling appointments, maintaining calendar’s for 4 different directors, composing emails and letters, distributing faxes, processing invoices, and assisting in presentation preparation.


Candidate’s MUST have immediate availability (as this position will be starting very soon), experience scheduling in Outlook, at least 1 year of recent administrative experience, and advanced knowledge of the MS Office Suite.
