One of our established international business clients is in need of a detail-oriented administrative assistant for its Boston office. This temporary position is available while the current administrator is on maternity leave. While this assignment will last approximately six months, it is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to make professional connections within the city of Boston!
The administrative assistant will be organizing and scheduling conference calls for several regional managers, along with updating and posting written materials for the company. These materials include advertisements, newspaper layouts, brochures, flyers, and direct mailings. This is an ideal opportunity for a recent college graduate who enjoys writing and editing, although professional editing experience is not required. Marketing and communications majors are encouraged to apply.
Qualified candidates will have:
• 1-2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills
