Assistant Office Manager


We have an immediate opening for a talented office professional for one of our most prestigious clients. We are looking for someone who is willing to think outside of the box and help create new initiatives. This is an opportunity that not only offers the chance for networking but there is also lots of room for growth. The previous Assistant Office Manager was promoted to Office Manager. 


Responsibilities: 
- Answering phones throughout the day in a kind and courteous manner
- Delivering mail to the appropriate staff members
- Entering data into a specialized scheduling system 
- Some light calendar management work and travel arrangements 
- Customer service via email, phones, and in person 


Job Requirements: 
- Access to a vehicle on a daily basis 
- Any hotel, concierge, secretary, or admin backgrounds are encouraged to apply! Recent Grads are also welcome! 
- At least 1-2 years of recent administrative experience 
- Must be available immediately, as we are looking to fill this role as soon as possible
