Assistant to the Director


One of PSG’s well-known clients in the special education industry is looking to make an immediate hire. This company is located in the Cambridge area and is easily accessible by the MBTA. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right candidate to get their foot in the door at a reputable organization with a track record of promoting from within. Our client is looking for candidates who are ready make the next step in their professional career on an administrative level. This position will be supporting a Director within one of the busiest departments in the office. 


The main responsibilities for this role are:
- Handling all calendar and travel arrangements 
- Correspondence with corporate officials 
- Greeting and servicing major clients within the office 
- Supporting multiple events and department meetings 
- Running reports with analysis prepared for management 
- Special projects on an as needed basis 


Requirements:
This position requires experienced candidates who have worked for at least 2 years in an administrative or support role in their most recent position. Previous experience supporting a director or executive is preferred. Our client is also looking for candidates with a 4 year degree and immediate availability.
