Billing Assistant, Flexible Hours

This position reports directly to the Controller and offers the unique opportunity to work side-by-side with a high ranking company official. Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Handling majority of accounts receivables
  • Weekly billing, some customers have vouchers so fee’s for service may vary
  • Making and bank runs to deposit all checks
  • Going through all invoices and entering information in quickbooks
  • Get all checks signed off on and sent out
  • Taking any incoming inquiries around billing from customers
  • Supporting the Sr. Accountant with Fiscal year end duties

 

Requirements:

  • A recent degree in finance or accounting
  • At least 6-12 months of previous corporate experience
  • Ability to handle the customer service needs in a friendly and professional manner
  • Comfortable working with a small team
