Call Center Agent

We are working alongside a local technology start-up based out of the Downtown Boston area on several openings for call center agents. This company in the home security industry has been able to grow rapidly in the past few years and is looking to expand their team with candidates who have a love for customer service, and are looking to add valuable office experience to their resume. 

Daily Responsibilities include: 

- Phone based customer service 

- Data Entry 

- Trouble shooting any customer issues with the product

- Follow up email correspondence when necessary 

Requirements: 

- Prior customer service experience is encouraged 

- Strong phone based customer service focus 

- A love for helping people, and patience in doing so!
