Customer Service Associate
PSG has teamed up with one of their major clients located in Watertown. This reputable organization is growing rapidly and is looking to fill multiple customer service positions immediately. Successful candidates should have a background in fast-paced call center environments with a heavy customer service focus. This new department has created many valuable opportunities for ideal candidates to get their foot in the door and grow within using proven track records from the past of internal promotions.

 

Responsibilities include:

- High volume call response in a call center setting

- Data entry of caseloads into an internal database

- Handling different situations on the phone or through fax at a fast pace

 

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 1 year experience in a call center position

- A college degree

- Access to a vehicle on a daily basis
