Customer Service Representative


PSG is teaming up with one of its most prestigious technical clients in the Boston area. We are looking for candidates to start as soon as possible and the client is willing to train the right candidate. This role has plenty of room for advancement and networking opportunities. We are looking for someone who enjoys more of the customer support side of technical support. A technical background is welcomed, but not required.

Responsibilities:

- Coordinating customer relations via phone, email, etc. 

- Answering consumer questions daily 

- Aiding and troubleshooting issues that come up on a day to day basis 

- Maintaining calm in high pressure situations 

**Multiple shifts are available ranging from early morning, evening, and weekend hours!**

Job Requirements: 

- degree not required!

- Previous retail or hospitality experience is a plus
