Customer Service Representative

A rapidly growing healthcare company located just south of the city in Quincy is looking to hire new customer service representatives on a full-time, permanent basis! The Customer Service Representative role offers a great 'foot in the door' opportunity to anyone looking to break into the healthcare industry. Individuals who have previous experience delivering customer service in a fast paced office setting, or previous reception experience are highly encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities of this role:
- Assist clients in person and over the phone with questions, and/or requests
- Receive emails and review for accuracy and/or missing information
- Deliver exemplary service to all members, clients, and vistors
- Resolving issues about customer claims
- Verify insurance eligibility via online or telephone based eligibility systems

Qualifications:
- At least 6 months of prior customer services experience, preferably in an office setting
- Previous experience in a call center is a huge plus, but not mandatory 
- Strong phone based customer service focus
- Posses a high level of empathy and an interest in helping others with healthcare
