This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing and stable international organization, with offices located in Boston. The position we have open right now is for a candidate who likes to be busy and challenged in their position. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This position will provide support to the Partner and also provide support to two other investment professionals. This is a small office and we are looking for someone who is a team-player that can provide back-up support to the support staff in the office. This person must be exceedingly well organized, flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting an office of diverse people and programs. The ideal candidate is an intelligent, detail oriented self-starter who is a great communicator, and extremely organized.


The ability to interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail are equally important.


Responsibilities:
- Provide a high level of confidential administrative support
- Review financial/sales reports, identify trends and provide solutions/answers to potential questions
- Anticipate the manager's questions and proceed with a proactive approach
- Coordinate and assist with executive management meetings, conferences, conference calls and other types of meetings
- Must have capability to partner with other senior decision makers in manager's absence
- Must be familiar with a variety of administrative concepts, practices and procedures
- Must have ability to perform a variety of complicated tasks
- Perform other administrative or office duties or projects as required or as assigned
- Must be a positive team member
- Advance technology skills and advance proficiency in MS Office
- Exemplary organizational skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize, strong attention to detail and follow through.


Requirements:
- At least 3-5 yrs of prior C-Level support experience
- Degree preferred, but not mandatory
- Excellent Microsoft software products skills
- Good work ethic, ability to take on individual projects
- Team oriented with solid personal skills
- Fast learner with strong communication skills
