An outstanding opportunity for a data entry and customer service professional has recently opened up in Boston at a reputable healthcare organization. This company needs immediate help with a project that has the potential for unlimited growth for the right candidate. The position of File Clerk will primarily consist of customer service and data entry duties, along with administrative tasks as needed supporting the Director.
The primary responsibilities of this project will be:
-Skilled at evaluating options and generating solutions
-Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
-Possess strong commitment to team environment dynamics with the ability to contribute expertise and follow leadership directives at appropriate times
-Interest and concern for professional and personal growth development
This job requires strong attention to detail and accuracy in typing and organization. Another main qualification of this position is an upbeat and polished phone manner, as the File Clerk will be handling a high volume of inbound calls and assisting people with concerns. This is an extremely busy office and the candidate must be able to multitask effectively. Six months of experience working in an office and data entry experience are required.
