General and Administrative Recruiter

Our client is a well renowned Boston healthcare institution and they are looking to add on a General and Administrative Recruiter to their growing team. The main focus of this role is full cycle recruiting for various administrative and technician level candidates. The right individual for this role will value a team player atmosphere and have at least 3 years of recruiting experience. This is a fast paced environment that requires superior attention to detail and the ability to multi-task. Immediate opening!
 

Duties to include:

- Full life cycle recruiting including sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, and giving offers
- Daily maintenance of Applicant Tracking System
- Partnering with hiring managers on all open positions
- Achievement of weekly and monthly interview and hire goals -
 
The office is EXTREMELY fast paced and they have been swamped with work; we need someone who can come in, roll up their sleeves, and get the job done! We are seeking someone with a minimum of 3-6 months of Human Resources or Recruiting/ Staffing Agency experience. Someone looking to advance their career in HR or Recruiting would be a perfect fit for this 2 months contract role.

Requirements:

- A minimum of 3 yrs. of recruitment experience
- BS/BA degree is highly desired
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Sense of urgency and ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with team members
- Demonstrated ability to make suggestions for process improvement and trends
