HR Assistant, Top Healthcare Provider

This position is a full-time opportunity at one of the largest healthcare companies in the state. The HR assistant will learn the department by working hand and hand with the Sr. Director of Talent Management so there’s unlimited potential for growth. Our team is made up of experienced HR associates so there is daily visibility with high ranking company officials. This is a professional office, but we like to have fun and keep things positive. We’re looking for a motivated self-starter that is looking to gain valuable experience in their HR career. As a world-renowned healthcare provider, we strive to make sure our members are put first and look for candidates that are engaged in that type of culture.  We have multiple offices located on the South Shore, but this position will report to the Boston location.

Basic Responsibilities Include:
- Administrative tasks for the department: filing, organizing, light phones
- Compiling HR presentations, heavy MS PowerPoint
- Excel reporting, ad-hoc analysis per the request of Sr. Director
- Handling HR projects as needed, high attention to detail necessary
- Organizing department wide HR outings, luncheons, and/or meetings
- Putting together on-boarding packets for new hires
- Scheduling orientations when bringing in new classes of employees

Requirements:
- Degree is preferred, but not mandatory
- At least 1 year of previous corporate or HR office experience
- Daily access to a vehicle or MBTA
- Reliability - can be counted on to show up, on-time everyday
- Positive Demeanor and enthusiasm for coming to work
