HR Benefits Administrator, Cambridge                               
We are a growing Investment firm in the Cambridge area, currently looking for an HR Benefits Administrator. This is a unique roll that combines benefits responsibilities, as well as HR Coordinator functions. We currently are experiencing an explosive growth in the new quarter and are forecasting even more growth in the coming year. We will need someone who is able to manage the HR internal system, along with their own schedule. We aren’t looking to micro-manage and the ideal candidate will be able to complete internal projects and hit goals, managing his/her own day.
                                                             
Responsibilities:                                            
-Handling heavy administration of benefits, including some international benefits                               
-Acting as first point of contact for employees regarding benefit inquiries and requests                     
-Working with our own internal HR system and over-seeing accurate data input                                     
-Partnering with the HR Manager to collaborate on bonus programs                             
-Resolving employee concerns, in a timely manner, by researching and investigating the benefit issues                                    
                                                                                             
Requirements:                               
-Requires minimum 2 years of experience handling benefits                                                                            
-Solid understanding of benefit plan principles
-Strong oral and written communication skills          
-Ability to commute to the Cambridge area on a daily basis via MBTA or access to a vehicle               
                              
Benefits:           
Salary: Up to $55/k. We offer a benefits package, including health insurance, as well as MBTA passes.
