HR Coordinator, Higher Education

This full time position is at one of the most esteemed universities here in Boston. Working within a university that invests as much in their employees as their students, this university is looking for a good culture fit to add to their fun, light-hearted team. Partnering with the HR department, we are looking for a motivated team player with the ability to multitask and problem solve. In this fast pace environment, you will gain knowledge in the areas of recruiting, onboarding, and training, while striving to grow within the company. Basic Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing online for qualified candidates that meet our client’s needs.
• Screening candidates and scheduling interviews
• Running the onboarding process for new hires and serve as a point of contact through training process.
• Handling HR projects as needed, high attention to detail necessary
• Organize and execute HR outings, team trainings, and other meetings.
• Administrative Responsibility- data entry, filing, faxing, scheduling appointments


Qualifications:
• 4 year degree preferred
• At least 2 years of HR experience in an office or corporate setting
• Daily access to mbta/ vehicle    
• Punctual and reliable
• General positive attitude with the ability to work on a team.
