HR Generalist/Coordinator, North Shore   


There is an urgent opening in one of the North Shore’s growing financial companies. We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist/Coordinator who has Generalist experience but can also manage some of the administrative responsibilities from day to day as well. We are looking for a “jack of all trades” who can manage our recruiting system, as well as one to two other recruiters on a day to day basis. We are a smaller company so the right candidate will be able to thrive in a small office environment.       

         
RESPONSIBILITIES           
-Manage the entire recruiting life cycle: sourcing resumes, conducting phone interviews, scheduling interviews, tracking and reporting on candidates and interview data              
-Manage candidates though the application process:  administer appropriate testing, conduct background investigations, and perform reference checks                     
-Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies for active and passive candidates that provide appropriate candidate flow (online ads, job boards, cold calling, social media, networking, etc.)                    
-Propose and participate in ongoing best practices and improvements to our current recruitment efforts              
                      
REQUIREMENTS:              
-Minimum 2+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting, either in corporate recruiting or a recruiting agency                      
-Must have experience recruiting Business Development sales professionals using passive techniques such as cold calling                
-Proven ability to source via internet search tools, as well as non-traditional sourcing methods                  
-Must be able to demonstrate extreme professionalism along with excellent communication abilities, be creative problem solvers and demonstrate the ability to “think outside the box”             
-Possess an instilled sense of urgency and focus on qualify hiring                   
-A self-starter, confident in his/her abilities, self-motivated and able to work effectively with little supervision
