HR Manager, Financial Institution, Boston         


We are a top Financial Institution in the downtown Boston area, looking to expand our HR department. We are looking for an HR Manager to directly manage a team of 5 recruiters in our Boston office.
We are looking for someone who can jump right into the role, so management experience is required. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred but not required for the right candidate. Ideally, we are looking for someone to get started within the next 2 weeks, as the current HR Manager has been promoted to HR Director and we are looking to have them fully transitioned by the beginning of May.
                              
Responsibilities:                                                            
-Overseeing the Human Resources department, including managing a team of 5-10 people
-Partnering with the HR department to coordinate any company-wide procedure changes 
-Inputting confidential information into our internal tracking system on a daily basis.                                                           
-Resolving employee concerns, in a timely manner
-Running 1 on 1 meetings with individuals on the team and tracking individual results on a weekly basis
                              
Job Qualifications                         
-Bachelor's Degree preferred in either Business, HR, Management, or other related fields               
-A minimum of 2-5 years’ experience           
-Previous experience working in Human Resources                              
-Excellent organizational skills                         
-Excellent computer skills                  
-Ability to travel to various locations as required
