Inbound Tech Call Representative

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Answer all inbound calls and direct to the appropriate person or department
- Assist customers with questions regarding system setup and troubleshooting issues
- Email correspondence with customers

Qualifications and Skills:
- No degree required
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous customer service experience is a plus
- MUST be available for a 3p to 12a shift or 9am-6pm shift
