Junior Recruiter, Higher Education, Boston                       
We are one of the area’s largest educational institutions with a current opening for a Junior Recruiter role. The right candidate will have a passionate drive for higher education and an excitement for the HR field. Previous HR experience is preferred but not required, as we are willing to train the right candidate. We are looking for someone who is a good culture-fit and has a “can-do” attitude.              
              
Major responsibilities:               
-Initial first screening of candidates via phone and in person interviews
-Lead generation, using the job boards provided, as well as outside recruiting strategies
-Inputting confidential information into the internal HR system on a daily basis
-Answering inbound phone calls and transferring to the appropriate parties
-General administrative responsibilities, as needed    
                              
Requirements:               
-University degree in Business, HR, Management, or other related fields. Degree not required but preferred.        
-Relevant experience in recruiting at a large organization or ability to prove competency in this area.         
-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral        
-Ability to commute into the city on a daily basis, either MBTA or access to a vehicle
