Marketing and Creative Services Recruiter

We are seeking an outstanding Recruiter for our internal high volume Creative Service team. This is an ideal opportunity for a candidate who is looking to grow their career and move it forward quickly within the fast growing staffing industry. This position will be largely recruiting focused but also involve customer service, sales, and research components. This opportunity involves consistent training and development. You bring the energy and enthusiasm; we will bring the best training in the industry! You'll be joining an experienced team of 5 and reporting
to the Group Manager for our Creative Division. This position is open due to rapid growth with our clients and needing to expand our division.

Responsibilities will include:
- Networking with candidates through referrals and social media sites.
- Providing customer service to candidate call-ins.
- Making a high volume of calls daily to potential candidates.
- Scheduling interviews.
- Answering general calls and triaging them to the appropriate department.
- Administrative duties as needed.
- Conducting interviews and phone screens.

Requirements are as follows:
- At least 1 year of recruiting experience (corporate agency).
- Career-minded candidates; you must be interested in developing your career and open to learning.
- Phones experience; whether customer service, reception, inbound or outbound, we need people who aren't afraid to talk on the phone.
- Team players; we value diligent teamwork, so we need someone who has experience working on a team and/or is motivated by working toward a common goal.
- Interest in Creative Services; you will be interacting with creative professionals daily and should be able to demonstrate knowledge of the industry.
This position is AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY, on site and the hours are FULL TIME.
There is a base salary with full benefits and potential for bonus.
