A premier marketing firm in downtown Boston area is seeking a candidate with an interest in marketing to assist with several administrative projects in the office. This position will provide exposure to a fun and dynamic work environment and provide an excellent opportunity to network within a great company.
This individual would be working directly under the Marketing Director, and will be responsible for the following:
· Tracking and compiling data for future use by the marketing team
· Providing support to the marketing team by contributing content for multiple social media platforms
· Providing backup for reception during peak hours – this would include answer phones, directing calls and greeting clients
· Assist with the scheduling and set up of offsite meetings and conferences
We are looking for a candidate who has 1-2 years of office support experience, knowledge of Microsoft programs – particularly Excel and Outlook, and an eagerness to learn!
