On-Site Staffing Manager - Investment Management Firm

PSG has a one-of-a-kind opportunity to be the on-site staffing representative at one of our client's headquarters. Day to day would involve meeting with hiring managers to assess upcoming hiring needs, interviewing candidates and managing the candidates that are working on site. This position involves on-site responsibility working in tandem with our client's human resources department toward achievement of staffing goals. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to expand upon their human resources experience as well as partner with two great organizations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Coordinate with internal hiring managers and human resources to identify openings and assist in the creation of job descriptions
• Partnering with PSG support staff
• Evaluate staffing strategies and plans
• Manage advertising and web posting response
• Submit qualified candidates to hiring authorities
• Coordinate and conduct interview schedules
• Manage relationships between client staff and PSG temporary staff members

Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Business or a related field
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities successfully
• Excellent customer service skills
• Minimum 3 years of experience in corporate staffing function or recruiting service firm
