Payroll Coordinator - Publishing Company
 

We are a world renown Publishing Company seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator. Our organization is prestigious, extremely stable and has a fun & exciting culture. The Ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of payroll experience -- ideally processing payroll for 250+ employees. This person will also be the main point of contact for employee inquiries so this candidate needs to be able to interact and communicate at a high level. There is unlimited potential for growth working with such high level officials with great visibility on a consistent basis.
 

Other responsibilities include:
- Processing payroll for 250 employees, mulit-state payroll, garnishments and assisting with payroll taxes
- Resolve payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Prepare and fax distribution document for garnishment, net pay, and taxes
 

This is a high profile position within a great organization so the ideal candidate needs:
- A four year degree or equivalent experience
- 2-3yrs of hands on payroll processing experience working for a stable & established organization
- Immediate Availability
- Polished and professional communication skills
