Job Description

A Start-up Real Estate Investment Firm in Boston seeking Property Manager to join our team and manage two of our flagship commercial properties. We are extremely well funded, highly stable and offer up a challenging and dynamic working environment with great exposure to all facets of our properties. The ideal candidate will have 1 - 3 years of commercial property management experience. This person will be responsible for office management responsibilities of one of our properties and full property management of two of our major commercial properties totaling 60 tenants between the two. 

Responsibilities:
" Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures; controlling correspondence; maintaining filing systems; reviewing and approving supply requisitions; clerical functions.
" Maintain tenant relations and respond to daily complaints and issues.
" Oversee capital projects, construction, preventive maintenance, HVAC, landscaping and snow removal, security and the general appearance of the building.
" Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
" Work cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and legal teams to ensure all compliance standards are met.
" Review and update existing processes and procedures and make recommendations for improvement.
" Responsible for data management, including review of existing contracts for updating and renewal purposes, and keeping reference documents updated at current revision levels.
" Assist in the development and management of annual operational and capital budgets for facilities and office services.
" Manage vendor relationships including negotiating contracts, developing preferred vendor relationships for office and facility services including supplies, equipment and furniture.
" Provide access to available spaces and assist with leasing needs.

Candidate must be degreed and have 1-3yrs of property management experience within a commercial real estate environment. This person must be dynamic, able to work independently, strong communication and someone that takes action quickly on all items as it pertains to the properties.
