Recruiting Coordinator-Healthcare Provider

We are looking for an organized, driven individual to join our staff as a recruiting coordinator.  We are an established homecare facility in Boston that is experiencing a period of rapid growth in terms of our client base.  As the recruiting coordinator, you are responsible for assisting in identifying qualified case managers and administrative candidates for several open positions that are currently available.  Once identified, you will conduct phone screens to get a better sense of their background and experience to ultimately schedule them for a first round interview with our hiring manager.  Strong communication skills both written and verbal are a must as you will interact with a high volume of candidates on a daily basis.  This position requires the right candidate be efficient with their time with the ability to multi-task.  This opportunity offers full time hours with benefits including 401k, vacation time, and catered lunch every Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with the hiring manager to identify qualified candidates for open positions
- Conduct phone screens to determine if a candidate may be a fit for available positions
- Schedule first round interviews with the hiring manager
- Greet candidates as they enter the facility and assist them with filling out paperwork
- Write job postings for open positions as they come up, either on our website or utilizing job boards such as Monster, Craigslist, and/or Careerbuilder
- Maintain and update candidate information using our applicant tracking system
- Various administrative tasks as dictated by the hiring manager

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred, either in HR or Business Administration
- 1-2 years’ experience in recruiting or similar office role
- Previous experience using Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
