We are a world-class healthcare provider located just outside of Boston in Quincy and are seeking a RN Quality Improvement Specialist to join our team. We are hiring on a full-time, permanent basis offering a competitive salary and benefits package. Reporting the to the Manager of Provider Quality Improvement and working to recoup thousands of dollars for the organization each year, you will immediately begin to gain recognition and visibility with high ranking company officials. We are looking for an RN with previous exposure dealing with quality improvement or quality assurance within a healthcare setting.


Job Responsibilities:
- Use clinical expertise in developing, coordinating, analyzing, and facilitating the implementation of Clinical Quality Improvement initiatives.
- Work closely with the appropriate internal departments, network providers, outside organizations, and regulatory agencies with regard to quality improvement activities.
- Work cooperatively as a team member and collaborate with fellow employees to foster an attitude of cooperation, as well as demonstrate a commitment to the projects both within CQI and inter-departmentally.
- Interact independently with all levels of management, staff, and physicians, as well as outside agency representatives (e.g., physicians, and office or hospital administrative staff)
- Establish short and long-term goals that will achieve the needs of the company. Must be able to establish realistic timelines and follow-through to meet those goals within the established time parameters.
- Manage all aspects of QI function including correspondence, surveys, problem investigation and audit preparation simultaneously, effectively and accurately, while maintaining harmonious relationships with internal and external customers.
- Navigate and analyze records, databases, and medical charts. Compose a written summary of results.
- Create Action Plans with results-driven goals for implementation of Quality Improvements


Qualifications:
- An active RN license in the state of Massachusetts
- At least 2-4 years of previous RN experience handing Quality Improvement or Quality Assurance measures
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize time management effectively
- Professionalism to work along-side all level of the organization
