Sales Development Representative

 

Our client is a fast growing software company who is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join their team. The role is ideal for someone looking to start their sales career or has 6 months of prior sales experience and is looking for an organization with a proven growth path. Day to day work involves working with your Regional Sales Director to identify new potential business prospects and creating strategies around the best approach to set up meetings with those individuals to set up demonstration calls.  This role has led many individuals into a Sr. Sales Development Rep role and future account management.  This individual will play an integral role in developing future business in the Boston area. 

 Full benefits package is included along with bonus potential based on leads that you help close.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lead generation process from identification, outreach and set up with Account Managers
  • Ensure proper transition between lead generation call and demonstration call
  • Prepare for demonstration calls with Account Managers or Area Directors
  • Daily troubleshooting, problem solving, and client consultation

 

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of business or internship experience and an interest in pursuing a career in sales 
  • Interest in personal growth and development as a business professional
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
