Sales Project Coordinator, Full Time                       

                       

We are seeking an outstanding support professional for a high profile Project Coordinator role.  Our client has rebounded tremendously from the downturn and has won several new accounts.  Due to this growth and activity, they are looking to bring on capable staff to assist the sales and account management team.  This position offers a team driven and collaborative work environment combined with the opportunity for growth and exciting perquisites and incentives.                 

Position requires a high level of correspondence with sales team and with customers & vendors. Must be strong in Microsoft applications, and be able to work well with others in a fast-paced & high volume environment.                     

                       

Responsibilities          

Assisting with communication between account managers/ sales reps and their clients                 

Coordination of vendor relationships                       

Communicate timelines with other team members concerning project management process.                   

Responsible for general administrative functions                

Event Coordination- Assisting with sales events as assigned including booking conferences, meetings, travel and lunches                       

Responsible for generating, interpreting and printing various assigned reports                

Maintain expense reports and process travel reimbursements                    

Responsible for clerical and administrative support including faxing, copying and data entry for assigned sales team.              

                       

Job Requirements                  

Associates Degree in Business or related field and 3 years Administrative Assistance experience            

Strong PC skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
