SENIOR HR BUSINESS PARTNER

International non-profit located in Boston, MA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner. The Business Partner will provide senior leadership to the human resource function, strategic planning and overall policy management. This role will report to the VP of HR and will include management of (2) HR Assistants. The Business Partner will work directly to align the culture and vision of the organization through business planning, staffing, and professional training and development initiatives.


Responsibilities:
-Implementation and strategy towards organizational performance
-Creating, maintaining and management of HR functions, practices, programs and initiatives
-Providing daily support to hiring managers around staffing, employee retention, performance, and efficiencies
-Supporting current and implementation of new HR metrics, including analysis, and research
-Providing counsel and support in relation to HR administration and execution
-Providing counsel and support towards onboarding new employees, including training initiatives
-Coaching, counseling and management of HR Assistants and other HR staff members as required -
 
Requirements:
-BS degree; PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
-10+ years of HR Administration or Business Partner experience
-Proven knowledge and experience working within an international firm or organization
-Expertise in strategic planning, organizational management and professional development
-Excellent leadership, communication, problem solving, analytical and decision making skills
-Proven knowledge in employee relations, including conflict resolution and mediation
-Proven knowledge in employment law, including affirmative action, regulatory compliance, and terminations, and EEOC claims
-Superior ability to build effective and productive business relationships, implement new strategies and policies, and influence peers and senior management and leadership
