A rapidly expanding start up in the Downtown Boston area is looking to take on several new Service Representative's to help with this new growth! This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build their career, and expand their customer service skills. Multiple shifts would be available for this position, ranging from early morning hours to late evening hours.
Daily tasks include:
** Answering inbound calls
** Answer questions and help customers troubleshoot issues with the system in a friendly manner
** Respond to customers via email to help resolve any problems
A two week in house training course is provided!
** Previous experience in a customer service position
** Phones experience is a plus!
** Must have open availability
