We’re looking for a Staffing Consultant to join our team and help grow our Search and Placement Direct Hire business. This role allows you to simultaneously make sales with our clients and place candidates into their dream jobs. You’ll be talking to clients about something truly important to them, their next great employee, and how PSG is the best choice for them in their staffing needs. You’ll also be setting up interviews for and presenting job offers to our amazing pool of qualified candidates. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle business development process including prospect list creation, calling potential clients and scheduling meetings to assess potential partnerships
  • Facilitate the interview process with both clients and candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers on open requisitions
  • Daily troubleshooting, problem solving, and client consultation

 

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of corporate sales or transferable experience
  • Interest in personal growth and development as a business professional
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
