University Secretary 


A Boston university is in need of a capable secretary for their Education Services department. An office that handles much of the marketing and recruiting, it is a fast paced and fun place to work. This is a temporary opportunity that could become permanent for the right candidate! The office assistant will be responsible for filing, organizing, scheduling, covering phones and running errands as needed. Interaction with students and vendors alike will be necessary. 


Requirements: 
//Someone who is professional and articulate is necessary to fill this role. 
//A minimum of 6 months of office experience is required (internships count) 
//Knowledge of Microsoft Office and internet navigation skills are a must 
//The candidate must have an upbeat and customer service oriented personality. 
//Applicants MUST be available to begin a position immediately.
