Training and Development
Ongoing training and development is one of PSG’s core values. All new hires receive six weeks of formal training before they are assigned to a team, and all staff (100%) attend weekly training sessions conducted 50 weeks of the year. The program is not informal on-the-job training; rather our structured training approach is designed to train new hires on how to be successful serving our clients and candidates.
- PSG engages the best available training resources. Professional trainers from outside of PSG are employed on a regular basis to conduct training sessions. Experienced PSG staff members conduct classroom training in areas where they are subject matter experts and staff members attend seminars held by outside organizations.
- Managers (and managers-in-training) receive weekly training sessions designed specifically to develop their managerial, sales, and recruiting skills.

- We have a 'promote from within' culture. PSG is loaded with examples of staff promotions. Not only are we “open” to allowing you to move up the organization, but we will help you handle increased responsibilities through training and development.
