Administrative Assistant II – Mid-Town Law Firm

Responsibilities Include:

- Overall daily support of the team of Managing Partners

- Telephone and voicemail coverage

- Complex and proactive calendar management

- Coordinating logistics for internal and external meeting and/or on-site events

- Handling mailing and filing systems as well as expense reports

- Tracking other various reports in MS Excel

- Other office support projects as needed from the Managing Partners

- Coverage for other administrative or executive assistants as needed

 

Qualifications Include:

- 1-2 years of administrative or office support experience 

- Strong proficiency in MS Outlook

- Proficiency in other MS Office programs: Word, Excel, Power Point

- An undergraduate degree is required

- Positive attitude with the ability to work in a fast paced, collaborative environment
