Advertising Assistant

Our client is seeking an eager and career minded individual for an exciting opportunity in Advertising.  This firm is in need of assistance with a large project and is seeking a candidate with prior office experience who is looking to take the next step in their career!  This particular department is expanding quickly, and would provide stability and plenty of room for growth!

·         Maintaining, organizing, and adding to the master clients’ list
·         Assisting the Advertising Coordinator with correspondence, progress reports, and meeting coordination
·         Scanning, filing, and organizing important client files
·         Ordering food for meeting and supplies for the office
·         Coordinating with vendors on a daily basis

Ideal candidate must be able to work with high profile clients and must be available to start immediately. Individual must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent administrative and computer skills including Word and Excel.
