Assistant Recruiting Manager – Quincy

 

Professional Staffing Group is the largest Boston based staffing firm and we are currently looking to add an Assistant Recruiting Manager to our team.  One of our longest standing healthcare clients recently asked us to provide additional support to their team so we’ve created this position to support this new initiative. The main responsibilities will be around overseeing the sourcing, prescreening and scheduling of candidates for permanent positions with one of our clients.  This role will report into our Director of Major Accounts but will also sit onsite and be a key liaison between our client’s HR department and the rest of the recruiting team at PSG.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Source, prescreen and interview candidates for various openings.
  • Maintain relationships with hiring managers by partnering appropriately throughout the interview process.
  • Daily troubleshooting, problem solving, and client consultation

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 4 years of experience in recruiting or related field
  • Interest in personal growth and development as business professional
  • Ability to work as an individual contributor as well as part of a larger team
