Business Development Representative


Professional Staffing Group is looking for an outgoing, hardworking individual who is excited to launch their career in sales. We’re looking to innovate how we grow our business through technology and we’re starting a new team to focus on just that. The right individual will be an analytical thinker who likes to find efficiencies in processes and has a drive to get results. With this being a new team, there is unlimited income and career growth potential. Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle business development process including prospect list creation, calling potential clients and scheduling meetings to assess potential partnerships
  • Partner with Staffing Managers on open requisitions
  • Daily troubleshooting, problem solving, and client consultation



  • At least 1 year of business experience and an interest in pursuing a career in sales 
  • Interest in personal growth and development as a business professional
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
