Business Development Representative


Professional Staffing Group is the largest Boston based staffing firm and we are currently looking to add a Business Development Representative to our Search and Placement team. The S&P division focuses on partnering with businesses on direct hire roles. The responsibilities for this role involve outreach to potential new clients, client acquisition, and requisition fulfillment. We are seeking a goal oriented and motivated sales professional to join the team and help us grow our business.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full cycle business development process including prospect list creation, calling potential clients and scheduling meetings to assess potential partnerships
  • Facilitate the interview process with both clients and candidates
  • Partner with hiring managers on open requisitions
  • Daily troubleshooting, problem solving, and client consultation



  • At least 2 years of corporate sales experience
  • Interest in personal growth and development as a business professional
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
