Call Center Agent (no weekends)

Are you interested in beginning your professional career? Are you looking to expand your customer service skills while adding valuable experience to your resume? A rapidly expanding technology start up in the heart of Downtown Boston is looking to take on several new team members! We are looking for individuals with previous customer service experience, who are interested in working with technology. This position would offer unlimited growth potential, a fun and fast paced work environment, and ample training!

• Answer all inbound calls and direct to the appropriate person or department

• Assist customers with installation, and set up of system

• Aide customers in troubleshooting any issues and answer any questions that they have in regards to the system

• No degree required!

• Previous customer service experience is a plus

• Must be available for an evening shift (3pm -12am)
