Call Center Representative

A new opportunity has recently opened up at one of the areas fastest growing start-ups! The Call Center Agent will be responsible for coordinating customer relations over the phone and via email, while delivering genuine service to every client. This company offers a fun and high tech work environment, multiple shifts ranging from early morning to late evening, and ample room for growth! 

Daily Tasks

- Fielding all incoming calls from customers and clients and directing calls as needed

- Daily email correspondence with all customers

- Answering any and all questions regarding system installation, set up, or troubleshooting

- Escalating calls to the appropriate team member when necessary

RequirementsWe are seeking an individual with previous customer service experience in retail, hospitality or an office setting. Candidates should have an interest in technology and light phone experience.
