Client Relationship Manager

That largest privately owned staffing firm in the Boston area is in need of an experienced Client Relationship Manager to start ASAP!  This firm has an excellent reputation and has been awarded the Best of Staffing award 8 years in a row and offers a large, collaborative, open office environment, free catered lunch every week, and an industry leading training program.

The Client Relationship Manager would manage several contractual relationships, while working to develop new relationships with businesses in the Boston area and the surrounding suburbs.  You will work alongside the division Director to help grow a team of Business Development Representatives through live coaching, classroom style training, and testing new techniques to build up their presence in the Boston marketplace.

You would be responsible for managing the full cycle new client development process from initial outreach to meeting set-up, as well as strategic growth planning including forecasting, budget process, hiring of new staff and retention plans.


Minimum Qualifications:

·         BA/BS in a related field

·         Dedication to professional development and growth

·         3+ years of client management/new business development experience
