Customer Service Coordinator

Our client in Boston is seeking a driven and dynamic individual to fill a role in their tech support division. We need someone with stellar communication skills and at least 6 months of office support experience. The Customer Service Coordinator will be playing an integral role in supporting a busy department. The job will consist of order taking, processing customer orders, handling inbound calls from customers, resolving billing issues, filing, tracking equipment and general customer troubleshooting. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking to beef up their resume with some solid office experience.


-          6 months of recent office experience (internships considered)

-          Previous experience in a fast paced, customer focused environment

-          Access to a vehicle on a daily basis

-          Immediate availability as this role will be starting very soon!
