Customer Service Rep (perm opening) - Paid Training

We have multiple permanent customer openings at a well-known health insurance provider company located in Watertown. This is an exciting opportunity for anyone trying to break into the healthcare industry. The main responsibilities include answering incoming calls from Doctors or Nurses to clarify any questions they might have regarding the patients healthcare plans. There are NO sales responsibilities involved in this role. The company provides comprehensive training for the first 11 weeks of the role which new hires will be paid for.

Qualifications Include:
- 6+ months of experience working in customer service
- A 4-year degree is preferred but 2 years or high school diploma will also be considered
- Any experience working in the healthcare industry or insurance is a plus!
- Strong verbal communications skills are required
- The ability to work in a team environment
