A rapidly growing retailer is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join its staff.  Based in Mansfield, the organization is looking to improve their digital presence on both their website as well as social media.  The Digital Brand Marketing manager is responsible to continuously enhance the user experience while utilizing a range of techniques to drive traffic including SEO.  To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent problem solving skills, previous experience marketing a product, be detail oriented, and have the ability to multitask in a fast paced and challenging work environment.                                                                                                                                                               

- Develop and implement corporate digital marketing strategy, including all traffic and customer conversion rate optimization efforts

- Oversee digital marketing tactics, including search engine optimization, search engine marketing, pay-per-click marketing, display, retargeting, email and promotional campaigns

- Working with SEO vendor, Web Project Manager, Design and Web Development teams to optimize landing pages to improve customer conversion rates and maximize search engine rankings

- Identify and drive action plans to improve customer conversion rates.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                       
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.          

- Strong understanding of digital marketing tactics, analytics and reporting

- Demonstrated expertise in web analytics

- Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills.
