Executive Assistant to Investment Manager


We have partnered with one of the world premier investment management firms that have created a new opening for an Executive Assistant to support the Private Investments team. The ideal candidate is a proactive, motivated professional who wants to contribute to a dynamic area of business growth.


There is a strong preference for candidates who have experience working with investment, asset management, or private equity management professionals. The firm is looking to move quickly on this opening so please do not hesitate to apply to this posting if you are interested.


· Complex and proactive global calendar management

· Coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings or events

· Detailed materials preparation in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote and other internal systems

· Schedule domestic and international travel arrangements (keeping in mind current covid travel rules)

· Maintain various types of confidential information

· Provide cross-coverage and back-up support to other Administrative/Executive Assistants

· Assist with ad hoc project work, as required, within immediate team and broader functions



· Minimum 4 years of administrative experience in a complex, global professional environment

· Experience working in the financial industry is highly preferred

· Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, OneNote & PowerPoint

· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, plus high level of reliability, professionalism and discretion

· Strong service orientation and proactive problem-solving skills

· Excellent organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritization abilities with an acute attention to detail

· Ability to work under deadlines and to accommodate last-minutes changes
