Front Desk Admin

We are looking for an eager, career minded individual for an front desk admin position with one of our newest, most exciting and fastest growing clients. This position will lead to a management role for the right candidate. We are looking for someone to come in and learn the job from the ground up, and become a supervisor once understanding the front desk function completely and making the necessary improvements along the way. 

The Front Desk Admin will be responsible for: 
+ Orchestrate and expedite processes at the front desk 
+ Oversee the daily operation of the front desk. 
+ Greet and welcome guests upon arrival. 
+ Schedule appointments and manage the calendar 
+ Provide support as needed to management and other staff 
+ Supervise the front desk agents 
+ Look for ways to improve processes for efficiency and customer experience 
+ Ensure overall cleanliness and organization of the front desk 

Job Requirements: 
We need a computer savvy college graduate with at least 1 year of RECENT administrative or customer service experience in an office setting who is looking for an opportunity to progress in his or her career.
