Help Desk Associate

We are a national publishing organization and are looking to add to staff and hire a Help Desk Associate immediately. This role will join a 5 person Help Desk team that is responsible for supporting all employee troubleshooting issues including hardware, software, email, application and network support. Our organization is looking for a candidate whom is looking to grow within the role and progress within the company as we have a proven track record of promoting from within with unlimited potential for growth
- Email / Outlook troubleshooting including mail set up, archiving, calendar sharing and profiles
- Software and application support
- Set up, edit and maintenance of user accounts
- Remote support of network issues
- Document, track and manage tickets within Magic system
- At least 1 year of experience in a corporate help desk role
- Demonstrated ability to provide technical support via telephone and email
- Strong understanding of Outlook troubleshooting and support
- Experience supporting proprietary applications and software
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Proven ability to work within a fast paced environment
