Help Desk / Desktop Manager

We are looking for a hard working Help Desk / Desktop Specialist to join and manage our large IT team within our regionally-based engineering organization in downtown Boston. We are a company that is growing rapidly and invests in internal staff members' professional development through training, team oriented activities and dedicated management.
The duties of this position include:
- 20% Tier II and Tier III level support via phone, email and remote access support and management of team
- 60% Tier II and Tier III level support through deskside support and management of team
- 20% project support for upcoming deployment and email migration
This a team oriented environment working within a fast paced office. Expect a high level of urgency and daily deadlines.
- 2+ yrs experience handling deskside client support for Windows environment
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong presence over the telephone
- Ability to work independently within a team oriented environment
