Help Desk, Entry Level IT

We are a biopharmaceutical company in Cambridge, MA that is looking to add to staff.  We are hiring a Help Desk professional to join our IT team and begin a challenging and dynamic career with our team.

- Tier I support for users
- Supporting Exchange and Active Directory user management
- MS Office troubleshooting
- Hardware and software installations and upgrades
- Blackberry troubleshooting and management
- Firewall troubleshooting and maintenance

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems including applications, MS Exchange and AD
- Previous experience troubleshooting MS Outlook
- AD user management
- At least 1 yr of professional IT experience
- Superior communication and customer service skills
