HR Assistant (Leaves Administrator)
This job opening is with one of our client, a state run health organization located in downtown Boston.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to continue their career in the HR field. This is a temporary to hire contract working 2 days remote and 3 days on-site in our office in Boston. The organization currently has a backlog of requests that need to be approved and processed. The ideal candidate will have previous experience using Peoplesoft. The new hire will be joining a growing team of 8 people.
Responsibilities Include:
- Handle FLMA request from internal employees as well as approving and processing requests
- Build and execute reports to measure data integrity
- Manage Workday enhancement requirements where reporting fields/metrics are involved
- Collaborate closely with our global internal HR teams as well as managers on data analytics
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in an HR role or similar position handling benefits administration
- Strong proficiency with Peoplesoft
- Very strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have acute attention to detail
- Confident decision-making abilities
